'Altice information channel' LI-All Blue Screen

Russian hackers?

I turn off tv then turn back on it solved the problem.
Sometimes i had to turn on'off a couple times or reboot the box.

Altice is the French-owned operator of Optimum TV. Their primary objective is making a profit by cutting costs to the bone. It isn’t very customer-friendly.

They fire everybody and outsource or use sub contractors.

The FCC has been running ads (more like public service announcements or PSAs) that inform people that they may have to re-scan their channels on TV as some channels have been moved around. They suggest going to an FCC.gov website for info on how to re scan.
