Tastes good!!!

I didn't realize that many "popcorn" ceilings have asbestos in them...happy I didn't buy any of those "pride of ownership"s when my wife and I were looking.

My house was "pride in ownership" home...
Updated Kitchen(in 1986)
Updated bath(new toilet and vanity in 1987)
New Roof(1990)

Ha. The place was immaculate though. It was a time warp home. Had no major renovations since probabally the 60's/70's, other than the kitchen, which appears to have been nothing more than a cabinet swap and "newer" wallpaper job.

It's only taken a year and a half, but I've brought 90% of the house into the new millennium, ha ha.

You know the real estate agents are going to say ANYTHING to get you to buy or try to fool you into thinking you're getting the deal of the century. They'll do whatever is necessary to make the sale. Remember, they're NOT working for you -- they're working for the seller. Also, they don't make a penny if they don't sell.

This goes for home sales as well as rentals.
