I think this is still in effect, at least for motorcycle endorsements. The test area in Freeport isnt supposed to be used to practice.
I think we would all like to see your points of reference for these absurd numbers. Any citations? Sources? Anything??

If you do know could you please enter some of those rules here, then i'll point out what everyone does, and you tell me what the percentage is.
There isn't enough cops to hammer everyone on all your clueless driving, but i'll bet kay they could just sit outside your house and wait for you to leave and give you one before you get to the corner. . .

If i can drive thru any neighborhood any time and SEE EVERYONE doing it, how can my numbers be wrong... EVERYONE is driving cluelessly. . .
You just do not want to be lumped into that number when you are shown you are part of them.....

Then if you do not know all the rules and of driving then you clearly ARE in that low and safe 94% i gave you...
All you have to do is pay attention and every .8 seconds you'll find another clueless person that is operating a vehicle...

He's also admitted that he fails to use his turn signals on highways, and that he blocks the box when he wants to.
