Yep, I don't disagree. Who knows, maybe her life circumstances changed since she bought it. What's done is done, though, now it's time for her to find out how much she could sell it for.

I don't get why anyone would recently buy something if your plan is to move to a different state.
I bought it 3 years ago. The reason I bought it is because it was only $8000. If I got an apartment for the last 3 years, let's say at about $750, which is pretty typical in my area, I would have spent $27,000 just on rent in 3 years. Sooo, I figured it was the better option even if I don't get $8000 when I sell it.

And yes, I have visited. I have a friend that lives there and one of our family friends lived in orange county, but she recently moved.
