Malibu is the only place anywhere near LA that I would consider living again. It sounds hippy-dippy but there really is an amazing vibe there. It feel like a million miles from LA especially when you are on the deck at midnight with a bottle of wine, looking at the lights down the coast. Nothing else like it. It's the only thing I miss about living there.

As someone who has done a commute through here to SM, I can confirm that this happens alot.. Sometimes Monday mornings I would see evidence of some horrible wreck that happened over the weekend. Tire tracks veering off into the canyon, car fragments strewn about.. It was unnerving but I survived..
