i remeber that city, but not there Aegon Center built in 1993. Gone of tower.

I can't help but notice there are no people in these pictures... no one walking, no one on the porches, the bike trail is deserted... where is everyone?

It also looks like it might be winter, was it cold when you took your pictures?
