The picture thread is a great way to showcase both the local area and the artistic talents of some of our members.

However, members need to keep in mind that images and content that is not heir own, original creation is subject to copyrights belonging to the originating source.

For legal purposes, City Data has the following restrictions on posting non-original images and content:

Obviously, for photos, a snippet of the article is not applicable. The acceptable method would be to post a link to the picture itself.

OMG! Those snowflakes are humongous!!! I can see them all in our hair now! Very nice photos, 7thGen. It's unreal how blue the sky is.

I didn't have the camera set correctly so this is very grainy. This is a cow. Her calf was on the right, behind someone's house. We backed up to try to get a picture of him too but he was too nervous. He bolted for the woods.
