i was being a bit sarcastic...

plum creek owns a lot of land, and they got harrassed by the very same folks that are saying quimby should be able to do as she wishes

OK, I can agree with that. Trust me, I grew up poor in that part of the planet and many like myself have made a good life for ourselves. I think it touches a raw nerve at least in me when somehow all the blood sweat and tears of those scraping a living from that country are somehow discounted and made to feel that they are not capable of explaining why they don't want a National Park. I know of absolutely zero people who live in that area who think it's a good idea. And I like Maniac give up...hope he keeps his word too.

I grew up on Cape Cod and heard the name but definitely time to see it in person.
