forest , i was reading your post and it got me thinking that your right .
what is the attraction between a woman and a beard? about 6 months ago i got black grease in mine and shaved it off. when my wife got home she was not happy.
so i grew it back and didnt think mutch of it untill reading this post.
so i asked her what is the fasination.her reply was right out of the womans hand book on how to tame your husband . and i quote" if you have to ask then you wouldent understand" un quote. so for now i gess im in the dark with the flash light she gave me with no batterys.

Typical [I mean the idea of lost in the dark without a flashlight when dealing with those people], me too.

I have sprayed Styrofoam and gotten it in my beard [cleaned it out with kerosene and hand-cleaner it took days];

I have gotten paint on my beard [cleaned it out with paint thinner];

So long as I shampoo it and then oil it the following day, mine seems to be a true and faithful friend.
