MikePRU,

Please don't loose your cool. It is not worth your time and effort with individuals like him. I often laugh at what he has to offer on this forum and wonder how childish and immature one can be. I am so glad he couldn't afford to move to North Shore.

Lexington is one of the hottest market at the moment. A friend of a friend bought a fixer upper by bidding way above asking price of 799k or something like that. Apparently he was only considering Lexington.

All the very best in whatever you decide.

Thanks for the help, on my way. Tough not to pick too quickly when you are under a time crunch.

I realize everyone may be out having fun on the 4th, but we are still looking. Trying to decide between a couple of commutes. How bad does Route 20 get from Sudbury to 128 - it would help the deciding process?

My understanding from speaking with people who live in Sudbury is that it's not such a great drive. You're better off living in North Sudbury where you can access RT 117 or along the Sudbury/Framingham border so that you can cut through Framingham to the MA-Pike.

Who did you end up hiring as your buyer's agent?

Hey, some people have fun on their computers too! I would avoid Rt 20 at all costs. I'll be moving to North Sudbury this month and from what I can tell during my dry runs, the traffic isn't as bad going through Lincoln. It's much worse on Rt-20 and anywhere south of that.

We had Marilyn Green (Re/Max) in Marlborough. She and her team are great- work fast too. If she cannot help you she has a lot of contacts in the business and can, at minimum, direct you to someone who will be right for you. Best to you..

We also used Marilyn Green. She is AMAZING. But she may not quite handle the areas in question. Worth a call to her anyway, and maybe she can recommend someone. We sold our house and bought our new one with her and she was so, so awesome.
