Head is spinning. Husband got a job in NYC, all set to move from southeastern MA to CT (after 3 months of house hunting there), then new and better job came up 4 months later in Metrowest MA. Need to get settled this summer in Lexington, Wayland, Sudbury, Lincoln, Concord, maybe Carlisle, Bedford, or Acton. Need agent that will LISTEN and work quickly. Also, any thoughts on those towns. Schools most important, but don't want too much 'keeping up with the Jones'. Looking up to $1 mil. Already in MA for over 10 years so somewhat familar. Thanks!!!!!:

What town is the job located in? It seems like you're focusing on a particular area.

I might know an agent familiar with many of those towns . . .

He certainly seems to be VERY knowledgeable. Do you handle that area Mike?

I'm not familiar with the towns she listed as "maybe" but I know the other towns pretty well. I'm willing to go into towns I don't know so long as the buyer is aware that I'm not familiar with them.

Thanks for the positive comments.

Your Hubby will work in Lexington? That would seem an obvious choice then. Depending on how much house you expect for $1 mil., but I'm pretty sure you can still get a very nice house for that amount there.

Wayland, Sudbury, Lincoln, Concord, & Carlisle--it's beautiful out there. Acton is fine, but the furthest from Lexington; if I had a mil. to spend, I'd pick one of the other towns on your list.

I was unaware that people are allowed to solicit clients on this forum. If that is not a no-no, and seems it is not, I am giving some of my friends (small business owners) links so they can participate too.

Nobody is soliciting any business, nor are they allowed to. You are misreading the posts.
