I've lived here all my life. I haven't heard anything out of South Shore Plaza like that before. I'll chalk this one up to happenstance.

I feel like these incidents were more likely to happen in downtown crossing. Seems like downtown crossing has changed ever since filenes basement closed down.

Definitely would not go into the South Shore Plaza now. If it had not been taken away before, the South Shore plaza lost its virginity with the gang violence. Its all down hill from here for the plaza. Poor thing. I recall going there when it was an outdoor mall.

My 2.5 year old son was there with my dad friday morning. It's a place to go to get out of the house when it's freezing out. Apparently many other people have the same idea. I am not afraid to go there but i havent found it a pleasant place to be for years. Always so crowded.
