"Taking Chance" was the most recent for me. Others have already been mentioned.

Sled dogs left to survive on their own in Antarctica. Saw it in the theater when it first came out - I have never attended a movie where so many people were out and out sobbing, me included. Now I have the DVD and no matter how many times I watch it, I still cry through most of the movie.
I'm tearing up just thinking about it

Not a movie, but those commericals for the Humane Society make me cry (you know, the ones with the Sarah McLaughlin songs playing in the background). Anything involving animal cruelty tears at my heartstrings.

OMG I cannot watch that, I will either change the channel or get up and leave the room til I think the commercial is over.
