do you like NH? YES!!!!!!

are you a native? No

what gets your goat about NH? Nothing yet - I even like the cold and snow

what you like best about NH ? The people, the scenery, the general "hands-off" type of government...did I say the people??

what you do, where you live, any kids, favourite sports team, favourite sport, hobbies, where you would hate to live, worst place you ever lived, best film(movie) basically anything for a chit chat? I'm a Medical Language Specialist (aka medical transcriptionist) and work from home..Live in Littleton, have one son who is married with two daughters (ages 2 and 3-1/2); hubby and I both have previous marriages - he has a daughter who is married with one daughter (age 5) and a son who is not married, but has a girlfriend <g>...
No favorite sport team or sport - if pressed, I would say I enjoy watching football and of course the team would have to be the Patriots <g>.....
Hobbies are reading, listening to music (anything but rap)....hubby is a musician (as well as a woodworker)so enjoy going to his jams and listening (I can't carry a tune in a bucket!), getting to know people/people watching, movies, hope to maybe learn to snowshoe (I'm too much of a klutz to ski)....
I would hate to live anywhere that is hot and humid......
Worst place I ever lived was our rental when we first moved here...
Favorite movies are "Somewhere In Time" "Ghost" "An Affair To Remember" "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", also like psychological thriller type movies

Oh - and Suzet? I'll have a Bailey's Irish Cream, please

Danielle - We are no longer medical transcriptionists - we are now "medical language specialists"! The first time the company I work for sent out an email to "All MLS" - I thought they were talking about multiple listings for houses - I felt like such a jerk when I had to ask what an MLS was....I don't belong to the AAMT, so had no idea our "title" had been changed! And yes - the internet is a wonderful thing for this business!

where you from, ? unfortunately at the moment: Maryland. but originally New Ipswich & Hollis

do you like NH? Absolutely

are you a native? yep, just currently from away

what gets your goat about NH? translplants trying to turn it into a nanny-state. I live in one, I hate it.

what you like best about NH ? so much more polite, laid back, less polluted, less govt; and my family and roots are there

what you do, where you live, any kids, favourite sports team, favourite sport, hobbies, where you would hate to live, worst place you ever lived, best film(movie) basically anything for a chit chat?
I'm a massage therapist at the moment, but I'll retire when we move up. Married to an engineer, no kids, just 4 cats. Oddly, I don't give a flip about sports, I don't ski or hike, and I don't care for seafood - go figure! But NH just feels 'right' to me and I've been trying to get back ever since I learned the error or my ways after college. The worst place I've ever lived?.. did I say I live in MD? for hobbies (other than computer) I sew costumes and help manage a huge non-profit website on sewing and making costumes.

what gets your goat about NH? Can I just admit I've got the rose tinted glasses on, seriously I've never been so happy in my life, even my family comments on how happy I sound finally..

what you like best about NH ? Umm everything, the people, the pace of life, the seasons, the fresh air smell, the scenery, the small towns, the traditions and how tightly people like to hang on to them, the houses, the lack of beach (where I am) no palm trees!!! Being able to be in like 4 different states within a couple hours (it took me 7 hours just to get to Ga from where I was in Fla.. ) I could be in cuba sooner than another US state.. thats pretty sad..

any kids- Currently trying for our first

favourite sports team- Ummmm hellooo!!!! Red Sox 1st, then Pats, Celtics, Bruins

favourite sport- Baseball but I can never be too tired for Hockey!!

where you would hate to live- Florida, firstly. Cali- sorry guys , Arizona , New Mexico, GA.... Pretty much if its not called New England I'm not interested
worst place you ever lived- Key West, omg sooo small, NOTHING to do unless you part, hurricane central, drunks, sex on side streets drugs, the list goes on..
Best movie - Superbad.. yessssssss
