Linden is ok too but it's still a little iffy along with Roselle and Hillside

Elizabeth isn't all that bad, but it still isn't all that great either.
exactly, these areas are not nearley like Newark or Irvington, infact compared to that they are obviously wonderful places. However some parts of Linden, Roselle, and Hillside shouldnt be taken lightly at all. Elizabeth however is comparable trust me, no problems driving through during the day, I do it all the time, no problem shopping there also. But the town itself has big problems. The crime rate is above the state average, and its average is about 10 to 15 murders a year. Its the hood hahah trust me, lots of guns, gangs, drugs, roberies, tough housing projects, murder, its just got it all on a slightly lower and "Safer" level than NewarK, Trenton, East Orange, etc.

Nice Picture. My parents owned a business in Newark when I was growing up. I work in Elizabeth now and as long as I avoid certain sections I feel that there is a big difference between driving through Elizabeth vs. driving through Newark.
