well i cant rate every part of every town/city with a number hahaha that would be a lot of parts of towns to rate. Look if a town or city is up high on the list and there is alot of nice area's in that town/city...but one really bad part...than thats what it is, but cant I help it people, the murder rate is high for jersey city, soo is the violent and property crime, the whole city and all its area's is fair, but it does have sections that are obviously very bad, cuz every year there is more than 20 murders and in 2005 there was like 38 murders, and whole mess of violent and property crime, so yea I added up the numbers and It can only be listed on class 5, and if you guys wanna be technical the really bad sections, which is probably Greenville, are class 5

The question is, how many of those crimes occured between people who had little or no relation or contact with each other.

If you can, go back into your research and see if you can filter out any crimes that occurred within a family or close relation and see what that does to the list.

I am not debunking your list, but the main concern to people is not whether Cain killed Abel, but whether Cain went wilding that night and took out a schoolbus of elementary school children, nuns and puppies.

I cant agree with Union and somewhat Linden and Hillside. Even though Union has a vauxhall section which is not too great but doesnt suffer from much crime. Union is safe even in not so good parts i will 100% disagree with it. Another one is Linden i know it has its sections of the town that are not safe same thing with Hillside but you can find worse towns in place of those 3.
