I guess I have to wait for the review to pick an apartment I call them everyday an now it just say in progress no status a little confused I have no idea what that means but it actually takes awhile
@Humblee, did you go through an out reach interview?. I understand the whole its under progress but theyre is no status? What is that about? i use to call the general customer care number every day loli knew these people knew it was me because i was getting the same people and their attitudes. But since i have been certified i call the development every other week but they about to hear my voice everyday since i keep getting an secretary or something to talk to and never the actual person i want or need to speak to.
Hey all im new on this threat and just giving breif info on my situation.. July 23, 2012 i was certified for the entire borough of Manhattan (for a 1 bedroom). I dont know how much longer this will take being that my priority is "N1" (emergency) but its been exactly 3 months waiting already. I have completed all steps, just waiting for any 1 bedroom in Manhattan to be selected for me!
It dont list sorten ones for Manhattan? I thought they would have you pick some not keep youj open for the whole Manhattan and was your interview outreach? Manhattan isnt great when waiting for the pj's. Everyone wants Manhattan thats why but since you looking for a one bedroom its faster whybut i hearwed you can be on a waiting list for some time, if it isnt outreach. WHAT WE NEED Is some damn workers one this site!!!!!

Wow. This is so hurtful..I had my interview aug26, 2011 yes 2011 and never even received any choice of borough or building ....im hurt...I submitted everything and they still just telling me wait ... customer care ....walk in centers.....they all are fine when they go home while me and mine have to accept non stability ..smh
Hello all..I was certified and selected my choice of developement in oct 2009 still waiting to be called for a 2 bedroom apt. I call the development every week and only thing I'm told is that a computer selects from the list..I jus pretty much given up all hope
Wow yall just bring tears to my eyes, but i am told these are not outreach interviews because outreach started this year. Im also told you can apply for an fair hearing to see whats going on. Im no sure how true that is. I wish everyone luck and i will keep you in our praise tonight.
Outreach has been going on since 2007. My cousin was one part of the first batch of people then they put through this program.
