if you were to check Now Renting | New York City Housing Development Corporation seems like they are creating a new poole for the higher income ranges. I guess they were not able to fulfill that income range in the original lottery.

Does anyone out there know which apartments have terraces? I read that the ones on the 7th floor do. I know there are no balconies, but if there was a terrace that might make it worth it.

Does anyone know if this is true?!?

Thanks for any help!

I have been up to the 7th floor, and it is unclear if there is any entrance to the terrace. I suspect it is a false deck. In any case, when you are approved, you are approved for one specific unit only (I assume it's random). You do not get to choose, and when I requested to see another unit because I wanted something with a better view, I was told that was not possible.
