It's two months after when I thought they'd contact us!!

I'm hoping for HPS now anyway, but this is ridiculous.

People should call & ask questions I call once every two weeks. It's ridiculous ppl should have move In dates by now. They haven't even reached that. Construction seems to be taking a lot longer or it was put on hold. Interviews were In October 2014, it's now February 2015, very disappointed.

Hi--can you share the number that you call? Inquiries made by email don't seem to get a response. Our current lease is about to expire and we would really like to know where we stand with this place!

Thank you!

(718) 412-3757, Don't leave a voicemail, because trust she won't get back to you. She usually picks up after a few tries. Good Luck

There's definitely something with that management company...definitely not a sense of urgency or responsiveness!

The managemet company Is wavecrest, they're currently doing a new lottery as well (Park West) and they're not progressing with this one. Don't know how they'll handle both. Tomorrow I will call to speak to someone of a higher level at the company because I need an explanation as to why It's been over 4 months with no Information.

Try calling the supervisor, (718) 463-1200 ext 3713! I spoke to a receptionist today, & they were clueless as to why the lottery is at a standstill. She told me to call the supervisor, because "This is ridiculous" lol. I'm not sure if they have city workers that were assigned to this, and they come & leave at certain times? So lost.

Default Elliot J Hobbs Bronx

I applied last year. Received an email for interview on 2/21 at The Richmond Hill office and turned in all my paperwork and just received second interview for 3/4 On Hoe Ave. So now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed. They told me that people have already moved in the building. I guess that means something will be moving. My number is 33k

I didn't know they were still conducting interviews. I spoke to the lady I believe her name is Chanel today. She said they're focusing on preferences as of now. But I have a low log number and they should be sending me an email next week to update Income information since it's been so long, & we'll take it from there.
