@hogstooth, that sounds like hearsay but I believe it. Anyhow, its about strength in numbers and leading by example. Ignorance begets ignorance, the moment they allow a certain type of people(ghetto ignorant crime ridden pest) anywhere they sort of grow in numbers...like project roaches.

A lot of the times these petty crimes are done by 'tweens' that don't know any better and don't have anything constructive to do in their neighborhood. As residents at VV, you should all create (if you can that is) small events, like workshops for kids or adults with cool activities on site. An example would be like a reading club.

Congrats! I'll be moving in my rental on the 25th as well. I sign my lease on the 22nd... it's sad that I all have 2 hour to move in from 2-4pm. I need to rush there and get started. Does anybody know if you can move your clothes and other smalls things anytime of the day? I'm wondering if that time period is for big items only.

I would hope you can come in and out with a box in your hand and not be penalized.. But best to ask during your lease signing. Goodluck

Good Afternoon,

Anyone with a Friday, 5/18, afternoon appointment have the flexibility to swap for a Monday, 5/21, afternoon appointment? Private message me if possible. I am already going to be off on Friday so would like to kill two birds with one stone.

Thanks and have a great day.
