I used Piece of Cake movers, and they were awesome- didn’t charge me extra for the random items that I forgot to unpack but still needed to transport, were patient, etc.
good thing to have this forum to compare notes, something seems off with how certain ppl are told and charged differently yet all lottery tenants so what is that excuse?> .
theater fan if someone is paying 400$ less then for their renewal they should give you a refund! lee asked for me to tour this weekend, they are being very fast with this process i wonder am i being offered final units at this ppoint?
how far up do you have to be to not hear the train? i was told units available on 15th , 28th and 40th floors
I'm in the thirties - I don't hear anything. Every once is a while I'll hear a siren. I never heard anyone thru the walls or the ceiling. It's amazing.

I was told my rate was locked and would not go up if I renew - hopefully that's why yours is the same
Ahhh that makes sense. Sucks that you have to pay more though smh
