I have no problem with train tracks views as long as the windows are well insulated so the noise won't come in so loud & I get enough sunlight

I did apply & my log is 75xx I won't move forward if I get contacted though. As much as I wanna get a 1BR unit, I'm happy with my alcove studio. It's not easy to find anything comparable to Summit these days on price, lease terms (420-a (16) tax benefits), amenities, & especially the location, it's dreams came true to me!!!

Could you send a link for the unit you're talking about? I don't see any C with a home office.

If I were you, same! Unless my household was increasing or I was picked for a building just as nice with a 1 bedroom. These other luxury buildings are def not as luxurious as Summit but I’ll take what I can get

Eagle West in terms of amenities is equal to Summit BUT I don't know if I wanna pay $2838 (130% AMI) for 1BR plus I'm sure their amenities fee will be pricey, & the location is definitely not in my favor!

I realized it was actually the L line apartment that I clicked into.

I applied to that one as well! But I’m very unfamiliar with Brooklyn and if I want to give up my car that would be tough. I qualify for both 125 and 130 AMI so if selected the 1 bedrooms for $2,442 would be great

$2442 at 125% AMI for 1BR is still reasonable BUT the tricky part is, some 125% AMI units may be assigned on 27 Eagle St. & if that happen, you won't be able to access their amenities even though you are willing to pay! If you wanna be able to access the amenities, the guarantee is to get a unit at 130% AMI because you will be on 227 West St. building.
