Thanks for the info! I did email my docs as well, but who knows whats going on. I did the same for the 196 Willoughby lottery and they still emailed me back asking for docs I already sent...
I wish I knew which layouts are offered for $2772 because I feel like the others that someone mentioned are not worth it!
My log was 22xx. got asked for docs 4 weeks ago.
Studio
$2189
F, J, N
1 bedroom
$2345
H, L, C (floors 29 – 32)
1 bedroom
$2559
E, R
1 bedroom
$2772
C (floors 15 – 22), D, E (floors 21 – 25), T
The 2772 ones do not have a home office from what I saw.
At first i chose R. Then saw my view was a building in construction
Thanks so much for sharing! Yeah and I’m surprised T is one of the highest price point. I’m still waiting to be asked for additional docs but I’m not sure I’ll follow through the whole way if I’m approved. I feel like the layouts are not really worth the price, even though it’s so much less than market rate.
From all lines offered, E is the best!!! That's for me if I go for this lottery

I know off Streeteasy the C line on 60 has a home office so its possible the C on the lower price point doesn't have it but the higher one does
I was hoping but I believe Raytraceme received floor plans and confirmed there were no home offices
