I wish I knew which layouts are offered for $2772 because I feel like the others that someone mentioned are not worth it!

And hmm are the 2 C layouts different? If not, surprising that the more expensive one is on lower floors ..

Thanks so much for sharing! Yeah and I’m surprised T is one of the highest price point. I’m still waiting to be asked for additional docs but I’m not sure I’ll follow through the whole way if I’m approved. I feel like the layouts are not really worth the price, even though it’s so much less than market rate.

I know off Streeteasy the C line on 60 has a home office so its possible the C on the lower price point doesn't have it but the higher one does

I was hoping but I believe Raytraceme received floor plans and confirmed there were no home offices
