From what it seems like, the higher rent apartments were the same floorplans but prob on higher floors.

Hi all, I've been going through the process for Sven and for anyone curious this is my timeline so far

June 29- Eligibility Documents
Aug 8 - Additional documents requested
Aug 16- Clarification of certain documents/even more additional docs I missed

The person I spoke to said the HPD turn around has been fast (2-3 days) and the timeline should be around 2-3 weeks including HPD verification.

None were offered yet! I spoke to someone on the phone today and he said he'll send them soon after he verifies I meet eligibility with all of the documents I sent (they ask for so many!). I'll keep you all updated when they do send me the layouts

They just emailed me to send my docs!! I have until 8/31 but will try to get everything submitted today once I’m home from work lol
