My move in date is next month, I asked if they can push it back since my current lease doesn’t end until November. However, they could only push it back based on the date of my documents so that they are up to date. But my apartment and the building is stunning!
zee619, you still haven't been reached? I'm 36xx and they requested docs on 08/05, I believe. It still says under review. Also do you know if they ask for first, last and security when signing the lease?

I haven’t lol I’m in the 39xxs and my anxiety is at an absolute high
They should be reaching out any day now. I would call though to ask! I'm so nervous about being rejected or there not being any units left except for the super weirdly shaped ones lol
Haha yeah I feel you! Do you have a contact number? You’re approx 300 ahead of me so please keep us posted whenever you have updates! It gives the rest of us some hope lol
Def super bummed that none of the 1 bedroom units set aside for the lottery have a home office lol
(212) 899-7150 That's the number on the application on HC. I will keep you updated.
Are we sure that none of them include the home office? I feel like no one has mentioned any of the units being $2772. Like I feel like the ones everyone said they had been offered were the $2345 and $2559 but I'm not sure. I also don't want to spend $2772 but I maybe would for one of the super nice 1 beds with a home office lol
I also noticed that the two people that listed which layouts they were offered did not have the same exact list, so maybe it changes over time? idk, I'm overthinking everything and hoping for the best.
