How exciting! Good luck! Only ~300 til they reach me! Hopefully this month.

The N layouts I see on StreetEasy are studios?

Log # 23xx asked on 8/8/2022 to submit extra documents. Submitted today. Took like... 3.5 hours to get it all together. I was able to call and ask questions after my first go submitting and then added a few extra things based on our conversation.

I wonder if I did it right... Stay tuned!

So they don’t tell you how many units are available, only the layouts with price points and your floor is assigned only after you’re approved.

As of July 26 when they emailed me, it seems like the slightly larger 1 bedroom apartments were at the higher price points which were E, R, C, D, T.

The only layouts left at $2345 were L, H, Q but I’m sure that list might be different by now since it’s been a few weeks since then, I hope this helps!
