Why did you withdraw from BC? You didn't like the studio unit they offered you?

Good luck with Sven!

Thank you

The apartment offered at BC was beautiful but I just went with my gut feeling this morning. Also, prefer LIC to BK.

I hear ya! Location is at some point very important. Both BC & Sven are beautiful, if you get a unit in any of these, it's still a winner either way!

Got the layouts this week, these were the ones offered to me:
Studio - $2189 - F, J, N
1 bed - $2345 - H, L, C (floors 29-32)
1 bed - $2559 - E, R

Seems like they still have a good amount of units to me. They're all fairly small. Biggest is E at around 660 sq ft, the rest of the 1 beds are 515-600 sq ft.
