Trying to understand. Logs came out in 10/2023. Logs numbers are called in order. Person with log # 10xxx was called for documents.
Does that mean that nearly 10xxx applicants have been called ?

It makes sense. I got asked to submit documents back in December and was able to view the apartments in January (my log # was in the 2000's). The studio and 1br apartments don't have any closets and the apartment themselves are very small, especially for the rent prices they're charging for, in my opinion. They're desperate to move people in to the point where they offered: free rent for the second month, free amenities for a year, and a wardrobe for apartments without a closet (which, by the way, the wardrobes they offered for free were small. pretty insulting).
Good luck! I was in the 3xxx log range and have signed for a studio. Very positive experience so far. Very lovely apartments, but small. Lots of extra room in outdoor and indoor spaces. Very good concierge staff. I think that alot of people are declining due to size, and that is why they have reached 10,000 log numbers.
Yes my mom had a log number in the 9000s and was called like 2weeks ago but declined
Same here - wasn't actually looking to move but put in for this lottery because it was fairly reasonable rent and one never knows what will happen a few months down the line (nothing did though) - studios are just too darn small though for me to even consider it.
Got a docs request this morning. 12,9xx, only eligible for studios and 1brs. I'll be withdrawing.
Not surprised.
The rates and location aren’t the best for the money. I lived across from the development.
This building lottery units are quite small, from other forums I have seen a lot of the people who have accepted the earlier units have fheps vouchers etc. I feel like for paying out of pocket it’s a lot of money even for a lottery unit
Market rate units are significantly cheaper than the units here
