Might be out of the 80% Ami by a couple of hundred bucks but I'm for sure in the 130 % Ami
AMIs are revised each year, usually in March or April. If you are just above 80%, it is very likely you would be in the bracket once it is revised in a matter of weeks. Don't withdraw yourself if you are interested.

Newbie question, but is it typical for the AMI's to increase year over year? Is there any previous data suggesting how much they tend to increase each year? And I'm assuming that affects the asset limit as well?
Log 20XXX, CB preference. Got in on a midtown lottery years ago with 70XXX CB (have since moved out), so I'm feeling good about this one.

Yes they tend to increase because incomes tend to increase, and AMI is area median income. Yes, since the asset limit is equal to the max income for a 4 person household in your AMI.
I'm not sure if there is a specific source for historical AMIs but I can tell you the 130% AMI max went from 108k in 2021, to 121k in 2022, to 128k in 2023. I would say you can expect the max income to increase by at least a few thousand. 80% is currently 79k, I would guess it'll go to ~84k but we will know soon.

Wow, you did? Okay, that is super encouraging. Thank you for mentioning that you won before with such a high log. Regarding your question, I have compared the guidelines from this past year to previous years and it seems to increase a few grand each year.
