They have a wide range of restaurants in a mile radius. Some bars too.
Good shopping for groceries, Trader Joes/Whole Foods/Fair way/Citarella. Everyday shopping on Columbus Ave. Varity of gyms to join. Even a spectrum location across the street when you have router issues.
For me being by both riverside park and central park was worth everything.

They typically come out around 2 weeks after lotteries close

The MR 2 bedrooms are $9600. This is obscene.

Actually for true two bedroom apartments in a decent UWS building you're looking at between $6k to north of $9k per month. Higher end of things would be new construction amenity filled buildings.

I think this will be perfectly acceptable for affordable housing, but the pricing is a touch aggressive considering how busy and...let's say, mildly grimy...that corner is and considering the apartments barely have windows! That styling in the common spaces is going to date fast, too. Think we'll be seeing some concessions on the MR units here.

But, again, as an affordable-housing site it's fine.

Cannot believe those 2brs are going for above 9. Also not sure if this will stay true but on street easy it looks like all the 1BR and 2BRs are on the 1st and 2nd floor as those are the ones listed as 'unavailable'. Move-in date also says April 1st so kinda surprised the log numbers haven't come out yet.
