Thank you for sharing this! It is so helpful to get a glimpse into what the apartments will actually look like. The building's website also has a section with more pictures and various floorplans.
Cannot believe those 2brs are going for above 9. Also not sure if this will stay true but on street easy it looks like all the 1BR and 2BRs are on the 1st and 2nd floor as those are the ones listed as 'unavailable'. Move-in date also says April 1st so kinda surprised the log numbers haven't come out yet.
I don't think that 'unavailable list' is accurate though. They will probably update it with the correct apartment numbers at some point. The first floor is going to be the lobby and next to that will be the commercial space for the Salvation Army, which used to be there before this new building. The second floor is going to have some of the amenities, plus the Superintendent's apartment. I'm going to try to post the screenshot from the project plans here. According to those plans, the gym will be in the basement/cellar.
Attachments on this thread are not allowed :/ but you can find the plans on the link below and the second floor plans are on page 10.

What's interesting is that the rents noted for those "unavailable" units all match the rent amounts for the lottery units, as advertised on Housing Connect.
