Curious if anyone who's living in the building now has received an electric bill yet? Just wondering what the cost will be like.
I just got my bill, I'm barely ever home and my bill came close to $200. I would like to mention that the delivery charges are over twice the amount of the supply charges which is a little insane to me.

Jeez! That's pretty crazy. Thanks for sharing with us.
I got my first bill for 16 days since I moved in mid-month and it was $34. I am home all the time because I work remotely.
A friend who lives a few floors above me just got her first bill for an entire month and it was $74. Maybe you want to double-check they have the right meter number and apartment number?

This is not the only building I show so please be patient with me. The office is also still processing applications so I did not want to speak out of turn. But as we are gearing down, I can shed more insight. Please note, the below information can change at any given point.
Hi, please update these information.
Also if no one takes these units with high AMI ,
What the manager doing ?
Because a lot of people are waitlisted with low AMI and Can they take available units ?
