I thought the pronto housing text was a scam, will it affect me if i only submitted my documents through housing connect. My log number is #25
No I think you’ll be okay! The prompt website just asked for more documents and allowed for clarification on some information that the housing connect form couldn’t really ask. But they’ll look at what you submitted through there for sure. They might just ask you some follow up equations during an interview or something like that. That’s awesome you’re log number 25! Definitely let us know how it goes when they reach you.
I wish someone had told me this back when I was first viewing units in this place, what a mistake! nice to pay lower rent in general but the sacrifice is not worth it, I wish I had listened to the reviews back then. it only got worse after I had moved it,
The reviews on google should have been the first red flag but I was blind and ignored them:
Poor sound and heat insulation, smell of trash, rude management, dirty, old Amenities, ( they NEVER clean that pool) stolen packages: plus you have to pay an extra fee to use these amenities and they don't even take care of it, I once got burns from the chlorine in the pool.... half of the gym equipment is broken...
The amount I had to pay in heat bills / electrically was ABSURD, the temp in the building is not well regulated at all, it doesn't even make the low rent worth it.
in the summer you can smell burning trash? idk where it comes from but its BAD
not to mention the area is terrible, trash everywhere, homeless, rats, right in-between port, pen, and time square, terrible place to live
I would feel morally implicated if I didn't make this post, best of luck to everyone
do you also have a low log number? or just interested in viewing the units? they have online tours of different units, not sure if they include the lottery ones
