As of 6AM Friday morning:

7 subway service is running between Main Street and 74th Street/Roosevelt Avenue. From there commuters can switch to F or M trains to go into Manhattan.

Also there is NJ Transit rail service along the Northeast corridor, but not on any of the other NJ Transit rail lines due to a power failure: http://www.sfgate.com/news/article/P...es-4002729.php

For Chase Customers:
Chase has extended the automatic fee waivers for consumers and small business customers in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Washington, DC. This will give customers until the end of business on Monday, November 5th to make a deposit or a payment to bring their account current and avoid fees. The waived fees include:

º Overdraft Protection Transfer, Extended Overdraft, Returned Item and
Insufficient Funds Fees for deposit accounts.

º Late fees on credit cards, business and consumer loans,
including mortgages, home-equity, auto and student loans.

º In addition, we're waiving all mortgage-related fees and offering 90
days of forbearance mortgage payments for customers seeking
assistance in the impacted areas.

We now have over 2,200 ATMs available and we've opened more than 70% of our branches in the Tri-State area. We're working hard to restore service to you from as many of our 1,100 branches as possible. We are updating our branch locator on chase.com and the Chase Mobile® App frequently so check for details on branches near you. Since local mail delivery may be interrupted, we want to remind you of ways you can review your accounts, check your monthly statements, pay bills and deposit checks.
