Sigh, I'm talking about INDIVIDUALS collecting welfare/SNAP benefits swindling or scamming the system.
It's okay. You don't have to. I was just making a point about something. It's very, very, very hard to scam the system in NYC. The background check is super intense.
The woman in this story got away with it, because they know how to work the loopholes in the system. What those are, we'll never know, but I'm sure she had to have someone on the INSIDE of HRA helping her.
Why don't you list out all the rules for the Google search, like must be in NYC, must match the dollar amount exactly of the white European immigrant who just got caught, must be black or hispanic and you must be able to prove it with a photo, must be collecting welfare and not committing some other type of related fraud, etc. and I will re-do the 5 second Google search and get back to you.
Just for good measure, here's a hispanic woman in a Brooklyn housing project who stole $352,000. The article calls it a "welfare scam" and mentions "phony benefits." Does this suit all your requirements or am I missing something?

I remember reading an article online in one of the city union papers of several HRA workers getting arrested for scamming about 5 years ago. I wish I could find it now, but it's one of those websites that you find "accidentally" while searching for something else.

Honestly, I'll let you and everyone else have it and say that yes, 99% of the welfare cheats and fraudsters not just in NYC (but in the entire country) are black and hispanic. The blacks are of southern american ancestry not the "good" blacks like the africans and caribbeans. They would NEVER step foot in a welfare office. They're too "hard working" for that. The one white person reported in this story is really an aberration.

Whites very, very, very RARELY commit welfare fraud in the United States. Only a super small minority (maybe a coupla 100) are on any type of assistance. Even the Welfare offices in the super whitest states such as Montana, Iowa, Idaho, Maine, etc., is 90% full of black AMERICANS (of southern ancestry) and hispanics (all types).

Buddy...when do you see people posting negative racial posts at blacks and latinos? I'll answer that for you. In threads whère crimes and the such involve blacks and latinos. Would it offend you less if people posted "but but, white people do stuff too!!"? That's not how it works. When the Bernie Madoff thing was going down, did you come on here and say "man that's horrible....but guys you realize black people have defrauded people right? I'm just sayin..." ?
