In the marketing handbook it states that they are not allowed to do home visits.

she told me the same, i'm like... why would they do a home visit.. this isn't MY home (in my case).. why do they need to check.. and wow.. were you interviewed by the spanish lady?.. she seemed as if she was being trained.. sort of odd..

Same here. Its not my home either. And what's with the asking if i were pregnant? It was part of a questionnaire. Very weird.

As someone mentioned previously, this building has financing from NYS, not NYC. The marketing handbook only applies to city financed housing. So the same rules may not apply to this lottery, such as the no home visit rule or credit criteria.

so credit criteria is different? has anybody had experience in what they look for in terms of credit?
