Ummm, U talking to me? U talking to me ? Love it... Helped a friend get into Copper and she scored a 1 bed also and she was number 68k. 39st is more for tekkies, web developers in their high 20's 30's. Copper is geared for all the medical centers down on first ave and some UN people. Apt and hallways are more luxurious

I signed for an apartment here this week. The building really is amazing and was worth the 7 month process lol (Log over 40K)

Everyone at management and the building are super nice and the apartment is beautiful ...

That's great, LadyGaga1. Did you get impression there are any apartments left in this building?

I heard that they are at about 50-60% occupancy, and I'm pretty sure settlement housing fund is working their way up the log and that there are a bunch of affordable units still .

Thanks! And I'm truly happy for you. I think this is a smaller, nicer building than Copper, and the location is tons better. Well done!

Thank you! I think you have a strong shot to land a unit as well, if not at this building than definitely at Copper.. they are reaching out to new applicants so its a good sign, its a huge lottery.

One huge problem at 39st. Since affordable units don't have washer or dryers. You have to get off the lobby and take the stairs to the laundry room and storage units. THAT SUCKS
