There is only 1 elevator that goes down where the washers and storage units are at. Market apts have washers and dryers in their units.

Great news for anyone getting an apartment here. HPD has made these apartments permanently affordable. Originally, the lease stated that the stabilization would end in 21 years.

YES that was the new rider they made us sign last week right ?
I Love this building and my apartment, everything here is absolutely incredible !!

We had some PROJECT GHETTO HOODRATS hanging out WITH THEIR KIDS TILL 2;30 AM yelling and carrying on in the common grass area of this building. THIS AIN'T THE PROJECTS OR THE HOOD. HOPE THEY GET THROWN OUT. Sent emails to both HOUSE39 and rose associates
