No on the floor to ceiling windows or to the building entirely?

Is this building also permanently affordable? I understand some aren't (usually offer 20-30 years then goes market rate.)

Aren't these floor-to-ceiling windows? That's what the picture shows. I think I could bring myself to rough it in here.

You guys are buggin .... anyone would be very fortunate to be living in these buildings... they'll be having amazing amenities & washer / dryer in UNIT... not to mention its Manhattan !

Being offered an apartment here would be a total blessing so stop being so picky lol .. I personally think the interiors are gorgeous .

Is anyone else progressing at all with the interview process ?

Oh, come on. This is a luxury building for which you'd be paying a fraction of the market rate, and you're complaining about the way it looks? Even if there's a fee for, say, the gym, it's likely to be much less than a gym membership. You have to be joking.

These buildings are going to be I would say in the top 3, when it comes to amenities in Manhattan...
only probable downsides are that it's on 1st Ave, and small layouts for studios and one bedrooms (hopefully this isn't the case)

Whoever wouldn't take a lottery apartment here if offered is out of their mind !
