Rendering of new 10-story City Gateway building just to the South of the Convention Center which will house The Exploris School and 140,000 sq feet of office space. Building will also create more energy than it consumes, a first for a high-rise building in America.
It looks like Wegmans really has its eyes on the Triangle. I've never had the opportunity to visit a Wegmans store. Curious to see what all the hype is about. According to its official site. Plans are under way to put stores in all of the Triangles major cities. Something new coming to NC can only be a good thing IMO. Hopefully the one on Wake Forest road(Midtown) gets built first. Very close to my house https://www.wegmans.com/about-us/***...locations.html
I have no idea where they are putting that office, my guess is it's either going to be some fast construction or it's hidden at that address unless they are turning Hamricks into an office, but I haven't read anything about Hamricks closing, and it's pretty busy. (235 N McPherson Church Road)

Uh, there are no known plans for Durham, the Triangle's second largest city.
Gorgeous tower. Wish we could get something like that over here.
