So other than living..Where to invest if LO is 35% higher in buying apartment buildings than in West Linn. The rents are not that different. The inventory of buildings for tenants is higher in LO and they have more options, but there are numerous condos that have dropped 50% that are now in the rental pool. Whereas in value in West Linn has not dropped 50% and they have very limited inventory or either condos or apartments compared to LO.
Does anyone have any imput with running apartment buildings in either West Linn or Lake O. The tenant profiles seem different. West Linn offers more stable tenants than Lake O I have heard.
Give me some feed back from tenants in both Lake O and West Linn as to
what you are looking for when renting in these two areas.
