I mean, if you wanna buy a cheap pickup to bang around a work site, i get it. Or if you need it to haul around a 5th wheel, it makes sense. But to drive around for daily use? LMAO....bumpkin crap.
Excuse me?
We all have trucks in my immediate family, and we're not bumpkins by any stretch of the imagination.
Kinda hard to drive a Lambo down a sugar sand driveway.

ROFL- don't mind him. It's just one of your fellow understanding and tollerant liberals mocking other people for doing something he doesn't like or agree with. Maybe he can tell us all about what he's pipmin' so we can scrutinize it.....

So "girly"? Really. Proves my point, doesn't it?

No.

Humor.

Something you lack any sense of.

Sweetie, pay attention here, please.
I am not a liberal, ok?
Can you say that with me?
Nod if you understand.

What is your point? You think some men like trucks because it makes them more "manly"; perhaps you need to post certain things because you think it makes you "smart".

Personally, I just like pickups because I do find them visually appealing. I just like the way they look, and they are so convenient for moving stuff around.

Haul supplies.

Ditto on the plywood.... and the sheetrock..... and 12 to 14 foot lumber.

It's also the reason many guys want a full-sized pick-up and not one of the neutered pick-ups with the mini bed. Might as well not even bother in that case.... just put the **** in the mini van, because the two are about equally as useless. You can haul stone, gravel, mulch, sand, or pallets of either sod or interlocking concrete paving blocks in mini-bed trucks, but for construction work they just suck.
