But as you probably know I've been doing my daily runs for years now; so it's all very routine these days. I've also run a few marathons, which is far more interesting because you're in competition with others. But on the downside it kills me the day after. So I rarely bother with anything above 20 miles these days

LOL, I wish I could just "switch off" from all this running silliness. But the fact is I have it in my head that if I suddenly stop my daily run routine after all these years, I will immediately put on weight, and all of a sudden I would need to buy bigger clothes!
It's an irrational thought, I know, but one that motivates me to keep on running! Although for how much longer I really don't know
Right then: back to what I thinking of right now... I want to update my blog here, but I just can't be arsed
In 45 minutes I have to leave to tutor a second grader for an hour. I'd sort of enjoy a snooze in my chair instead.
