Yeah, and some things aren't worth remembering anyway.
Everyone is so worried about getting old and losing your memory. To me it is a blessing...I have forgotten all the things that I don't need to know or remember...which is fine with me - long as I remember where the kitchen is..the bathroom...and my pin number at the bank...the rest I don't need...like remembering the names of people I don't really like......It;s funny - when I run into someone I do not remember- I just pretend to remember...it works just fine.
I'm old enough to remember when currency was signed by "Ivy Baker Priest," the then-Treasurer of the United States. As a little girl I remember being surprised to see a woman's signature on money since few or no women were in positions of authority back then.
