Hi, it might be a good idea to have a used backup frig out in your garage. I've been happy with Kenmore & General Electric brand frig. A lot of folks like to keep their cold drinks out in the garage frig. Keep food there during emergency.

Just get a ice chest. Every home needs one for emergencies.

I am using the backup fridge in the garage. It's packed. I'm eating what I can everyday to help empty it out. It's beyond frustrating that I haven't had a working fridge in 41 days. This is a $3k refrigerator and this shouldn't be happening!!

Many, many years ago I came home from a summer weekend get a way and saw water slowly coming out from under the garage door. Found the freezer had died with 2 cases of still frozen Alaskan King Crab in it.
What to do? Contacted friends and neighbors and had a beer and crab fest.

So I had Xfinity out at my house for 2 hours last Monday to fix numerous issues. We had a party for the fight Saturday night and I turned the TV on downstairs and it wasn't working. So we had to cram all of into one room to watch this fight. Not happy at all. The tech shows up today and it turns out the guy who came out who has 14 years of experience with Xfinity had plugged it into the wrong port. Unbelievable and I made sure he knew how I felt.

Now on hold with Kitchen Aid to find out what is happening with this fridge and this company who isn't responding. It's been 43 mins so far

I've got a complaint in my left foot, that's got me hobbling around. I think Cujo broke it when he jumped after a toy, and landed on my foot.

I hope your foot gets better soon. Have a good rest, or if it gets worse and you think you have broken it, get yourself checked out.

My husband has hurt his knee, when he fell, trying to get out of his wheelchair. I said to him after that “Don’t try getting in and out of your wheelchair without me”. But the next day he fell again, trying to get into his wheelchair this time.

With his MS, things don’t seem to register in his mind properly anymore. Or he just keeps forgetting what I say to him.

Now it looks like I’m complaining about him on this complaints thread. But it’s more of a complaint about how crap illnesses such as MS are.

I'm going to have a nervous breakdown. The second company who came out today to install the evaporator fan motor (that was mis diagnosed by original company) has informed me that the original tech who installed the evaporator didn't reset the 3 way valve and the new evaporator is failing. He told me to not put food into the fridge as I will loose it. My fridge is 58 degrees inside.

I am 46 days without a working refrigerator and will continue to be. This is the company I filed a complaint with KA and sent a email regarding the horrendous interaction to the owner that I had with his front office who never responded.

I was on hold with KA for well over an hour before someone answered. I am missing work every time someone has to come out here. This is costing me a lot of money.

On top of all this, the weather in NYC for my trip is due to be cloudy and rainy the entire time. I think I'm going to cancel it.
