My hubby and I realized today that we'd gone through an entire weekend (for the first time in MANY weeks!) without any of the kids causing problems and making us miserable!
My mom and dad would say something like that when I return home from six months at the county Juvenile Reform School.
I received a return phone call this morning that was very important. More often then not I never get the return call after leaving a message on the voicemail however this was an important one and now I've got the information that I needed.
I had a dental appointment this afternoon and the hygienist said everything in my mouth looked well on this check up. I’m supposed to keep up the hard work and continue good dental healthcare.
All the good news and I’ll get the bill at the first of the month.
And the nice thing was she didn't say anything about how often I stick my foot in there!

Good one, Aks! I'd never heard of it either. We came across it by accident and, luckily, liked the style and price, so we went with it. Lowes and Home Depot both carry versions.

I just paid the bills. That's over for today, anyway. DH is out playing in the garage, which is good.
I received an email from one of the city employees that I’d been working with on an issue for a number of months now, and he told me that things looked ok with proceeding and moving forward. He had contacted the other parties involved and it’s a “yes” go ahead deal now.

Hey, speaking of "green", we're also going to put new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen. Did you know they have a line of "green" countertops? I don't think we'll be using them, but htey're out there.
My good news is even in times of adversity my CD friends are there always to help me thru. You are all the bestest!
