Yesterday, we gambled pennies at the local casino, and net $200.00. Then, we cashed in a gift card at Olive Garden and had soup/salad and breadsticks (big glass of wine for ME). Today, we threw caution to the wind and went BACK to the casino with our $200.00 and turned it in to $450.00! Then, we hit the breakfast buffet at the casino and we pigged out on everything, including fresh made waffles with whipped cream and strawberries!
It can only get better today.....we are avid football fans, and the Super Bowl is exciting for us! Go, Broncos! Game food is ready! Let More Fun Begin!
I got it together by 10 am to marinate the chicken for the bbq and my lunch,
a big T-bone, on this Super Bowl Day and already shoveled for the fifth x
in 4 days and at my 92 yr old neighbor's.
Ah, now for relaxing, all good!

That's great,rdlr! Looks like a good weekend so far. Enjoy the game and if I was into football that is who I would pick to win too.
I was able to enjoy coffee with a friend while attending a meeting with our local police department and city employees. Lots of talk about local issues and how to fix or correct some of them and the officer in my area gave us a few tips on how to correct an issue in the neighborhood. Next week I’m going to a city councilman’s coffee and meeting.
It's the start of a great week, the weather is perfect. This afternoon some friends are coming into the city and we'll got to lunch and spend time visiting with them.
