I gave someone a message I had saved for over a year and they seem to get closure for what was ailing them. I was released from whatever debt I owed. Now I feel lifted emotionally and that's a good thing to have happen
It might not have been good news for the young person who lost the phone. "DAD" might be cooking up a nasty punishment!
If you read Akasarben's whole post you would of read that he brought the phone to customer service and everything was straightened out!!!! Thanks to Aksarben that child didn't get his ass whooped that night!
So sorry Akasarben no good news here today, maybe tomorrow.

Time for a good news day. However little, small or big it was each day we have some “good news” item that happened to us. How did your day go
Saturday Feb 7th 2009
I had several things that turned out to be good news today. My wife and I were shopping and got several great deals that we needed and were looking for. Doesn’t sound like much but it was good news to me and we saved money at the same time.
Also while shopping I found a cell phone left on a display shelf by a customer. I took it to customer service who called the number in the directory named “DAD” and they asked it he would tell one of his kids that their phone was left in the store. So I had another good news day making someone else very happy.
Dad may still have had a wee bit of punishment due to the child's losing the phone, even tho it was returned. I meant it as a light hearted commented and am sorry it was misconstrued.
I was able to get some chores done today that have been on the list and ignored far too long. I painted an area of the block fence that needed a touchup. Then worked on the a/c coolant line that needed the insulation replaced. It had been weathered and looked as if it wouldn’t be able to make it though this upcoming summer season. And one additional good thing,,,, Mrs Aks and I had lunch at a restaurant nearby and enjoyed both the food and each other.
I was going to go into the office and get some work done.
Then I decided not to.
