DW and I went out for lunch after church, then shopping for a new tool for my woodshop. Stopped and visited with my sis and BIL for a couple of hours. Had a great day, even though we missed the hockey game (DIL is from Canada or we probably wouldn't have cared as much). Relaxing to the closing coverage right now.
The sun is shining, the sky is so blue and the snow on the roof will be gone by the end of the week - yippee!! It will get up to 40 by the end of the week, meaning, the snow is slowly (important) melting. I know, many of you think "40 - yikes", but here, that is really good news My energy has spiked!
Now for the bad news, I have to go out in the backyard and clean up some "surprises" (I have 2 dogs) that were covered up with all the snow. Peeewww.
I'm with MN2CO-we've had days of sun, warming temps but we will melt slower than she will as we have heavy snow pack. Hopefully it will be gone soon to keep the stupid snowmobilers off our yard.
I’ve managed to get a lot of junk cleaned out of the garage this morning. I can see a path now and figure that if I attack it again each week (and use curbside pickup) a few weeks and it’ll look like I can actually park the cars inside again. All this stuff had been saved with good intentions of having a garage sale or donating it however those things never came about over the years. It’s now time to just throw it out.

I am proud of you Aks!!!!! Now did you use a timer? It does make an awful job easier breaking it up using a timer.
Yay, hubby and I finished the second coat of paint in our main living area and ceiling. Woo hoo. And we brought in 77 boxes of tile into the house from the garage. Had to check them before we can start laying them.
