I have sort of a serious problem that really isn't my responsibility except the people who will have to answer for the mistake r people I chose. Of course the mistake is theirs. I have not figured out how to make this into a win for everyone, but the good news is my *ss is covered...! And I am almost comfortable with letting the chips fall...

I was able to find time and get onto the roof to clean out the gutters. Wow,,, I couldn’t believe all the pine needles that got stuck in them. I then took the garden hose up and washed out the rest of the dirt that collected on the roof and was washed into the gutter. I can’t believe that they installed them years ago and didn’t get enough “slope” on the ends where the downspouts were at, so the water would wash more of the mess away.

I was done just in time to see Mrs Aks come into the driveway with her car. She liked the idea that I was able to get them cleaned out. If she likes it, it’s ok with me.

Spoiler
Old men required to work on the roof! what's that all about? ~
I think she is still paying on my life insurance policy of mine.

I guess this goes here. DW discovered last night that we get the Smithsonian Channel on our cable system. We never got around to check out that end of the channel list before.

Well I feel rather great today. I am back on schedule and I have had two cups of coffee. And I am so very pleased about it. Butterfly mornings to all...

Thumbs up .

I had a good day! I was able to rest a little and yet I also got some of the chores taken care of as well. Mrs Aks and I went out for diner and enjoyed some time together without messing up the kitchen. Tomorrow is going to be another nice sunny day so I’ll be able to start again on a few other things around the house.

Rain in the valley and it's very good to have some moisture here. I got the potted plants moved out and sitting in it so they can have a little fresh rain on them. I even managed to get some rain brought inside for the other household plants to enjoy as well.
